More info: Nanai Road (Soi Nanai in Thai) in Patong, Phuket, is a bustling street located roughly one kilometer away from Patong Beach. It runs parallel to the main beachfront strip. It is a very busy, narrow, thoroughfare with high traffic and no sidewalks and is heavily favoured by expats and budget-conscious travelers looking to escape the higher prices of central Patong.
Many bars along Nanai Road are open-air style and offer seating on the street which is great for watching the action. There are often pool tables, live sports broadcasts and sometimes even live music or karaoke nights.
Patong lies on the west side of Phuket and is the heart of Phuket nightlife.
