Auron is set amongst scenic mountain ranges with some peaks as high as 2450mtrs. The resort attracts visitors all year round offering hundreds of kilometres of marked footpaths winding around pines, spruces and larches in the summer months. In winter the resort has 130 km of ski pistes with its three ski areas - Las Donnas, Sauma Longue and Demandols.
