More info: Orokonui Ecosanctuary – Te Korowai o Mihiwaka – is a fenced sanctuary of a 307 hectares, situated 20km north of Dunedin. Its 9km fence protects a special cloud forest ecosystem and the threatened native species within the forest from introduced mammal predators and browsers.
