More info: The Mediterranean Port of Palma de Mallorca is the largest port in the Balearic Islands and is located in the heart of the city, just 600 metres from the old town.
The port is divided into distinct areas, covering the seafront form end to end: commercial docks, Poniente quays, marina docks, and the West Breakwater. Regular ferry services operate between Palma and other Balearic Islands, as well as mainland Spanish ports like Valencia and Barcelona.
The port of Palma de Mallorca is well known for sport sailing as its Nautical Club is the host of the most important regattas in the Mediterranean and many maritime competitions held on the island, including the Copa del Rey, the Trofeo SAR Princesa Sofía or the Trofeo Almirante Conde de Barcelona.
